Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods. Please note that payment methods may change from time to time, and the actual available options at the time of payment will be based on the payment gateway:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Gift Cards: Redeemable at checkout

2. Currency & Conversion

All transactions are processed in [Currency, e.g., EUR, USD]. International cards are subject to exchange rates set by your bank. Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) is not supported.

3. Payment Security

• We use a PCI – DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.
• All transactions are SSL encrypted.
• Card data is never stored on our servers.

4. Authorization Holds

• Card pre – authorization occurs at the time of order placement.
• The actual charge is made upon shipment.
• Holds may appear as “pending” on your account for 1 – 5 business days.

5. Failed Payments

Common Causes

• Insufficient funds in your account.
• Incorrect CVV or expiry date entered.
• Bank decline of the transaction.

Resolution

• Update your payment method within 48 hours.
• The order will be automatically canceled after 3 failed payment attempts.

6. Gift Card Terms

• No expiration date.
• Non – reloadable and non – transferable.
• The remaining balance is non – refundable.
• Can only be used once per transaction.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The timelines are as follows:

• Credit Cards: 7 – 10 business days.
• PayPal: 3 – 5 business days.
• Gift Cards: The balance is restored immediately.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

• Verify your identity by requesting ID documentation.
• Cancel suspicious orders.
• Limit purchase quantities.
