1. Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene/safety reasons:
• Earrings & body jewelry
• Customized/personalized items
• Final sale items (marked at purchase)

3. Return Process
a) Initiate request:
• Contact support within 14 days of delivery
• Provide order number and reason
b) Receive return authorization (RA) number
c) Ship items prepaid to:
WittestraBe 30A.13509 Berlin
• RA number must be visible on package

4. Exchange Options
Choose during return request:
a) Size/color exchange: Subject to stock availability
b) Store credit: Issued as e-gift card
c) Refund: To original payment method

5. Refund Timeline

• Processing begins upon warehouse inspection (3-5 business days)
• Refunds issued within:
  • Credit cards: 7-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Store credit: Immediate email delivery

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer responsible for return shipping
• Exceptions:
  • Wrong item shipped by us
  • Defective products
  (We provide prepaid label in these cases)

7. International Returns

• Duties/taxes non-refundable
• Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid import fees
• Refunds exclude original shipping costs

8. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Photos of damage/defect
We cover return shipping and expedite replacement

Clearly marked during checkout:
• Discounted over 50%
• Seasonal clearance
• No returns/exchanges permitted

10. Sustainability Note
Returned items in unsellable condition are responsibly recycled or donated.
