1. Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 1 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For customized items, the processing time may extend to 30 – 60 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Generally, the standard transportation time for orders is approximately 7 – 21 business days after the processing is completed. However, specific delivery times may vary depending on the shipping region .

Delays may occur during peak seasons.

3. Shipping Rates

• Domestic Orders: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination.
• International Orders: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes.
• Special Offer: For some products, if the order amount reaches the store’s promotional threshold, customers can enjoy free shipping and tax exemption. The specific promotional amount and applicable products will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking numbers, which will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive the tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to the following:

• PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses
• Certain countries due to export regulations (please contact us for a list of these countries)

6. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any errors that result in:

• Failed deliveries
• Additional reshipping fees
• Lost packages

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or customs issues:

• Return shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds issued.
• Reshipment will require the customer to pay the shipping fee again.

8. Holiday Shipping

Extended processing and delivery times apply during the following periods:

• From November 15 to December 31
• Major public holidays
